Now, what did I come up here for?

So, I had something I was going to write about that got my lazy butt out of the truck and upstairs, but I sure can't remember what it was now.

Today is my afternoon class, so I didn't have to be up by 5:30 to make it to work. I had intended to clean the kitchen and go grocery shopping, and other efficient, productive tasks. The winter sun is out (do i get results by whining about the weather or what?) and it is mild so I could have gone out and got some weeding done too.

Instead, it was suddenly time to rush off to the ferry and I hadn't actually done anything yet.

I got paid yesterday, and part of the payment for the catalog I am working on was in the check in addition to it being a large check due to all the hours I have been working, so the immediate financial crisis is over. We have emergency funds in the bank again which is a huge relief. Now, if my truck can just hang on till the next paycheck we should, in theory, be completely out of the woods.

Anyway, we are making the turn (and there are sail boats in the way...that should work well...) so I better hit send and get back down to the truck.
