Well, I did have $5 of tickets for last Saturday's Powerball lottery (jackpot $105 million). I didn't win --hence my ongoing malaise-- but then again, no one else did either. Projected jackpot for Wednesday is $135 million.

I will, of course, continue to seek a non-lottery way out of my rut. :-)
