City Chicken (breaded pork...it is supposed to be dipped in egg and milk and bread crumbs, but since I can't do any of those things, this is just a light coat of almond flour) with roasted brussels sprouts and apple sauce.

It is pretty rich, half of the meat in the picture ended up in a lunch container!
