Dinner

I had leftover pumpkin sausage and left over spaghetti sauce (made with grass fed beef so lots of omega 3s) and tonight I just combined them with a can of chopped tomatoes and served them with spaghetti squash and broccoli.

I have discovered that while spaghetti squash is yummy, it is really too sweet to be actually the under the sauce. Side by side they are very nice together though. Of course, you need a nice thick sauce full of ingredients for that to work.

The spaghetti squash is the last one from my garden.
