It sold at the Agent's open, so there wasn't much process at all. The woman fell in love with the house and wrote an escrow check right there. She is taking it at the full asking price without any haggling at all!
Not yet. We go look at houses on Saturday. We do have short list of house we have found on the internet, so hopefully we will like them when we see them in person.
If you are still interested in looking up this way, there are several houses in our immediate area with for-sale signs on them... including a cute little well-maintained house next door to one you looked at up here a while back. It's a little smaller than your current house but has a garage, and is on a 16,000 sq ft lot that they say is subdividable. "Opportunities abound!"

As we narrowed down what we wanted we realized we really, really want a bigger house. I think we will end up in Kenmore/Lake Forest Park since that keeps us in between our two commutes.
That is GREAT!! I am hopeful now that I will be able to sell mine. I was worried about it sitting on the market for a long time or having to take a lot less. maybe you guys want to look into moving to Poulsbo - 3 bedroom, 2 bath, deck, hot tub, 2 1/2 car garage/shop, 5 wooded acres, secluded, private, and damn cute!!!
